Modern times have caused us to forget who we really are. We are multidimensional beings, and we will always be spirit, but we won’t always be human. It is by divine design that the human body and mind show us what and where we need to heal. Pain, struggle, and suffering in any form is an opportunity to explore deeper into ourselves. It is an opportunity to learn, and heal the root cause of the issue.
When we align with our true selves, and heal our soul trauma, soul wounds, ancestral wounds, and old patterns, from this life and past, a remarkable transformation occurs. We have lived through many lifetimes, and our soul remembers and records them all. Every emotion, every feeling, every thought, every trauma, every wound, every decision, every choice. Our souls hold the key to the multitude of layers that influence who we are today. Healing is like peeling back the layers of an onion. We have incredible depth and wisdom within us, however too many of us do not take the time to dig deeper. Our unresolved issues reside in the soul. I’m able to connect and talk to your soul and spirit and clear what needs to be cleared at the soul level. Unresolved soul issues express themselves via the physical body as either a physical, emotional, spiritual or mental issue; the body is the barometer of the soul.
While a psychologist or therapist may address the conscious mind, I deal with the unknown, the subconscious issues, the issues we can’t make sense of. To find the truth about why we feel the way we do, and what really is behind anxiety or depression, illness, or behavioural patterns, I look at the root causes. The memories and blocked traumas from this life and past.
It is my job to pinpoint the obstacles, misread signs, traumas, wounds, and past life remnants that have diverted you from your path.
I am also dedicated to aiding the New Wave (not to be confused with 'New Age') of spiritual healers who are stuck, confused, or struggling to discover their authentic path and healing abilities. You could say I’m a healer’s healer.

When I started sessions with Anna, I was facing struggles not just with my mental health but also with my physical well-being. Even before I could bring up my physical issues, Anna picked up on my lower back pain, specifically mentioning where three discs were causing me debilitating pain. It was astonishing to me that Anna accurately pinpointed my previously diagnosed 3 bulging discs, as I had not thought to mention my back and had accepted this was how I would continue to live, with chronic pain and significant limitations. Despite previously investing significant time and resources in chiropractic, physiotherapy, and Bowen therapy treatments that offered minimal relief, I found myself restricted in my movements, resigned to watching life pass by from mostly a seated position which was challenging as I had a small child to raise.
After just 4 or 5 sessions focused on addressing my back concerns, Anna miraculously relieved me of my chronic pain and gave me back full mobility, a reprieve that has now lasted over a year. The ability to reclaim a sense of normalcy and engage in everyday activities that were once hindered by debilitating pain, such as shopping or walks to the park, has truly restored my quality of life. I am eternally thankful to Anna for not only alleviating my chronic pain but for granting me the freedom to enjoy life’s simplest pleasures again with my family.
